1. Return Eligibility

We understand that purchasing a handmade item online can be a big decision. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following return options:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your oil lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a full refund or exchange, and cover the cost of return shipping.

• Non-Defective Returns: Since each oil lamp is handmade and unique, we typically do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we do accept returns for non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during the return process.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Reach out to us via email or through our website’s contact form within 14 days of receiving your oil lamp. Please include your order number and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
• Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.
• Return Shipping: If approved, please securely pack the oil lamp in its original packaging (if possible) to ensure it arrives safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

3. Refund Process

• Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm its condition. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges for Damaged/Defective Items: If your oil lamp arrives damaged or defective, we will happily exchange it for an identical or similar item (depending on availability). If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

• Non-Defective Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for non-defective items. However, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order if you prefer a different style or design.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom or personalized oil lamps (such as those with engravings or specific customization).
• Items marked as "final sale" or "as-is."
• Products that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.

6. Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: If your item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-defective returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

• Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Please use oil lamps with caution. To reduce the risk of fire or injury, follow these safety guidelines: 

Proper Use: Always use oil lamps on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials, drafts, and children. 

Fuel: Only use Olive oil. Never use gasoline, kerosene, or other highly flammable substances. 

Refilling: Always take wicks out before refilling. Never overfill the lamp to avoid spills or leaks. 

Storage: Store oil lamps and fuel in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and open flames. Keep out of reach of children and pets. 

Maintenance: Regularly inspect the wick, glass, and oil reservoir for signs of wear or damage. Replace damaged parts immediately. 

By purchasing this oil lamp, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to use it in accordance with these safety precautions. The seller is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use or handling of the product. 

Each order takes 2 to 3 weeks to ship out, some might be faster depending on amount in stock. Remember each one is hand made and a one of kind.
